We’re looking for a dynamic and commercially sharp Regional Manager to lead operations across a portfolio of blue‑chip clients in Victoria. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving profitability, strengthening client relationships, and delivering high‑quality workforce and recruitment solutions across multiple regions.


What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead regional operations and ensure service excellence
• Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships
• Drive financial performance and P&L outcomes
• Inspire and develop high‑performing teams
• Identify growth opportunities and win new business
• Ensure compliance, safety, and operational efficiency

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven leadership experience managing regional teams and large client portfolios
• Tertiary qualifications in engineering, business, commerce, management — or a trade background with further study in finance, HR, marketing, BD, or business administration
• Strong experience in industrial maintenance, construction, or contract‑driven environments
• Solid grounding in finance, HSE, HR, and operational support functions
• Demonstrated capability in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• A track record of building strong client relationships in commercially stringent environments
• A proactive, growth‑focused mindset with the ability to win new work
• The confidence to lead in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment
